NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

STAGECOACH GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

RATE INCREASE FOR USAGE OVER 25,000 GALLONS

Stagecoach General Improvement District will hold a public hearing on March 18, 2010 at 4:15 P.M. in the office of the District at 5000 Navajo Trail, Stagecoach to consider the following rate increase:

For customers who use more than 25,000 gallons of water a month the District proposes to raise the charge from $2.00 per 1,000 gallons to $3.00 per 1,000 gallons. All other rates and fees will remain the same.

This proposed increase does not affect customers who do not exceed the base amount of 25,000 gallons
