NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

STAGECOACH GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

 CHANGE TO ORDINANCE REFLECTING NEW POLICY REGARDING DISPUTE OF WATER BILL DISCREPANCIES

 

Stagecoach General Improvement District will hold a public hearing on May 17, 2012 at 4:10 P.M. in the office of the District at 5000 Navajo Trail, Stagecoach to consider the following addition to the Water and Wastewater Ordinances:

 

A time limit of ninety (90) days is established for customers to dispute bill discrepancies.  Disputes must be submitted in writing.

 

This addition to the Ordinances will become effective immediately upon adoption of the

Board.
